The Watchport/W Water Detector is the first Plug-and-Play USB device for monitoring the presence of water or other liquids in kiosks, ATMs, server rooms or any mission-critical environment. Watchport Manager software provides centralized device status and historical data logging, and allows the integration of multiple Watchport devices without additional software development.
The sensing device gives a Wet or Dry reading as frequently as 100 times per second. Watchport Manager enables remote monitoring by sending email, beeper or phone alerts when undesirable conditions are detected. Watchport/W can pre-empt damage to equipment and facilities, as well as reduce costly downtime and maintenance. For added flexibility, the sensing device may be placed up to 304 meters (1,000 feet) from the host PC or server. Combine with other Watchport solutions to create a made-to-order monitoring system.
