The Newnex U3HLA01MCI series is a high-flex USB-A to Micro-B cable with screw locking, designed for motion-heavy systems where standard USB cables fail early and fail often. It uses a USB3 Vision standard screw-locking Micro-B connector to keep connections secure under vibration and continuous movement, making it a strong fit for machine vision, industrial cameras, and moving fixtures.
This series supports USB 3.x Gen 1 (5Gbps), includes shielding, and uses a durable TPE jacket with rugged overmolds to survive repetitive bending. It’s rated for 6,000,000 continuous flex cycles and includes bend-radius guidance for both static routing and dynamic motion.
