The Opticis DHFC-200D is a detachable active optical cable (AOC) that converts DisplayPort 1.2 to HDMI 2.0 while extending uncompressed 4K (4096×2160) at 60Hz video up to 100 meters (328 feet) over plenum-rated or LSZH hybrid fiber cable. It is designed for professional AV installations that require long-distance DP-to-HDMI conversion without compression, latency, or signal degradation.

Unlike passive copper adapters, the DHFC-200D performs real-time DP 1.2 to HDMI 2.0 conversion within the cable assembly itself, eliminating the need for external converters. The active optical design preserves full image quality and supports RGB and YCbCr 4:4:4 color formats.

The detachable connector design separates the DisplayPort and HDMI heads from the cable body, making it easier to route through conduits and tight spaces.
