The Opticis HDHF-1F20 is a high-performance HDMI 2.0 fiber optic wall plate extender designed for professional AV and medical installations requiring long-distance, uncompressed 4K video transmission in a clean, integrated wall-mounted form factor.
Housed in a compact single-gang wall plate, the HDHF-1F20 transmits 4K UHD (4096×2160) at 60Hz with full RGB / YCbCr 4:4:4 color sampling up to 300 meters (984 feet) over a single LC OM3 multimode fiber, with zero compression and zero latency. This ensures pristine image quality for surgical displays, control rooms, conference environments, and broadcast installations.
Flexible receiver compatibility allows the HDHF-1F20 to integrate into different system designs. It can connect directly to a display using the Opticis HDFX-500-RX, or extend up to 3 meters via copper HDMI using the HDFX-700-RX for equipment-dense or recessed display installations.
The unit is HDCP 2.2 compliant, supports secure content delivery, and includes a mini USB port for firmware updates, allowing maintenance and future compatibility updates. Two integrated LED indicators provide immediate status feedback for power and HDMI signal detection.
Note: For stable operation, displays should be set to HDMI 2.0 mode. HDMI 2.1 automatic switching is not supported.
